Meet the Instructor

Jaime Foss, RYT

 In Spring of 2010 Jaime earned her Yoga Alliance certification and became a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.  She teaches Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga.  This style is heartfelt yoga that focuses on helping a person progress through the stages of yoga poses in a comfortable, safe, non-competitive way.  These classes are designed to open the heart, relieve stress and promote vitality.
